Nancy Pelosi Canonizes Ted Kennedy...

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi on Thursday credited the late Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.) with driving the success of the Democrats' healthcare law:  "I knew that when he left us he would go to heaven and help pass the bill," Pelosi told reporters in the Capitol. "And now he can rest in peace. His dream for America's families has become a reality." - The Hill

May God have mercy on that woman's soul.

  1. My vision of what happens when we pass on is this: once you breath your last, you are now officially "out of time" - meaning God lives outside of time and now, so do you.

You and God get to spend some quality time discussing things, like your life and how you lived it. How long does this take? I have no idea, but remember - we are now outside of time so it may be quite awhile or it may happen in the blink of an eye. (Personally, I'm not looking forward to that little chat.)

His conversation with Nance should be very interesting.

P.S. There is nothing in theology to dispute my idea because no one really knows exactly what happens.

  2. Does Obamacare mean I can get free therapy now? My optometrist has diagnosed me with low self-esteem, and thinks Reiki would help. But the nuns at the Gaia Center charge too much!

  3. Here’s my comment on the post you wrote with the picture of obama kissing Pelosi.

    My comment won’t post.

“That picture is just so inappropriate. What President goes around kissing members of his party like that? Don't you have a similar picture of him and Sebelius, a Cabinet Secretary, doing that? It just violates any sense of protocol. I'm not sure why this angers me so much. Just ... just ... huuuuuuuuuuuuh!!!!”

  4. I just routinely cover my ears with my hands and loudly say "la la la la" whenever she comes on the TV.
