"Are we prepared to promote conditions in which the living contact with God can be reestablished? For our lives today have become godless to the point of complete vacuity. God is no longer with us in the conscious sense of the word. He is denied, ignored, excluded from every claim to have a part in our daily life." - Alfred Delp, S.J.

Cat on a rug...

.
This is Celine - the overweight cat. No one who visits believes she exists. Neither of my cats are well socialized. I wonder where they got that from? (Sorry about the quality - a photographer I am not - I should always use a tripod.)

  3. I have two cats that are lap magnets and the other cat doesn't exist :) everytime the doorbell would ring she'd run to the bedroom and hide under the bed..But she will actually peek through the stairrails..

I am trying to train the lap magnets that not everyon eenjoys a cat in their lap..

  4. P.S. all three of my kitties are on diets as they were too fat a few years back..they've slimmed down but now they only love me because I'm the bitchy keeper of the can opener :)

You'd think I was starving them to death :) They get their "portion" and they give me this pathetic look "Is that ALL?? How's an Egyptian god/goddess supposed to LIVE??"
