Just a thought ...

I'm sincerely and honestly sad about the crisis in the Church. I don't think I have ever felt such sorrow. I no longer feel anger or betrayal, but genuine sadness. I thank God for this grace.

  1. I think it is a matter of intense grief for anyone who loves Our Lord and His Church. But like all grieving, it goes through various phases of anger, denial, confusion, shock and horror.

  2. Do not doubt for a NY minute that this whole mess has a strong political underpinning. I believe Steve Bannon, Michael Voris and friends are working behind the scenes to generate as much trouble as possible.

  3. I copied this from an article on the Crux website.
I feel just like the one making the comments.

Sad? Yes, and very disappointed too.

Henneberger: Until recently, I would have given a nice mixed answer. But in the current context, the ship is on fire and sinking while the captain chooses this of all moments to stay silent, the crew argues on like nothing has changed and the passengers are jumping into the lifeboats; bye!

I’ve been very supportive of Francis, but doesn’t he have anyone around him who will tell him how serious this crisis is?

I'm going to keep praying though that the Lord's will be done.
