Today Our Lady's feast is observed as an optional memorial with the feast of St. Anthony of Padua.
It would be appropriate to celebrate the Mass for the Immaculate Heart of Mary, since this is also the anniversary of the second apparition at Fatima in 1917. It was in this apparition Our Lady revealed her Immaculate Heart surrounded by thorns which seemed to pierce it, Lucia explained the apparition saying: "We understood that it was the Immaculate Heart of Mary, insulted by the sins of humanity and which desires reparation."
FYI: Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary is not about the veneration of 'body parts'.
