"Are we prepared to promote conditions in which the living contact with God can be reestablished? For our lives today have become godless to the point of complete vacuity. God is no longer with us in the conscious sense of the word. He is denied, ignored, excluded from every claim to have a part in our daily life." - Alfred Delp, S.J.

Hi Poodle...

Now try to cheer up - it's still Christmas, after all.

  1. You know how that nice old man is proved to be Santa Claus by bags of letters being delivered to him by the U.S. Postal Service in "Miracle on 34th Street"?
Well, if you can still buy Christmas stamps at your local Post Office, it's still Christmas.
    May even last until Candlemas.
