I'm breaking in with a recent revelation ...

Though I'm fighting for my life and barely able to breathe with this cold, I want all of you Storm-Troopers to know something important about the President.

He is chosen.  He won the Electoral College vote, true, but there is something else.

Yesterday we heard about the prophecy from the Hermit of Loreto.  We also learned how Michael Voris likened him to Constantine.  Yet, in a fevered moment I understood something more important.

Trump is El Cid!

He is America's El Cid.  He will do even more for America than El Cid did for Spain.  He will run the Canadians out of the United States.  He will return the Mexicans to Mexico.  He will drive out the Moors and restore Christianity to the United States.  Besides, his wife looks a lot like El Cid's wife, Doña Ximena Díaz, as played by Sophia Loren in the film.

    2. I am a Charlton Heston fan especially when he was in his prime. I have yet to watch the movie "El Cid." But now that you have awakened my curiosity, I am gonna go in search of said movie and watch it.

Buy yourself some fresh cinnamon sticks and boil them to make fresh cinnamon tea. Add a little fresh squeezed lemon juice and honey and you're set.

    1. It can happen. Doesn't Melania sort of remind you of Sophia?

    2. She does! Man oh man!

  3. "He is chosen." That reminded me of two things I heard recently on Catholic radio around the time of the inauguration: "God intervened in this election and I think the hand of Our Lady is pretty visible too" and "His [inauguration] speech was his covenant with the American people." Both quotes are from nationally-distributed hosts...not their weirdo callers. And neither was Raymond Arroyo!

  4. Suspend logic, facts, and what you see. Let emotion overwhelm you. The mantra is America will be White and Christian again. No one else is welcome here. I wonder who will harvest the crops this year? Who will clean my neighbors house? Watch their children, pull their weeds? I will say it again, personally I am one of the "chosen ones." I am benefiting financially since I own stocks. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I can turn a blind eye to everything. Why does that not feel right? Why can I not be silent?

    1. "The mantra is America will be White and Christian again"

That's the left talking. I have not heard President Trump say this once ... not once. Trump supporters are a mixed bag and yes, some do go off the mark but that's on them. I am of Mexican American descent, born in the US of A. My mother was born in Mexico, speaks mainly Spanish, supports some of what President Trump has said. I do too.

I may not like his brashness nor the way he has done some things or said many things, but like I said before and I will say it again, I am giving him the benefit of doubt.

I know folks who are in agreement and they are not White nor are they Christian and even if they were, so what?

I resent your implication too that no one will harvest the crops, clean the house, pull their weeds, blah, blah, blah. People of varied nationalities/backgrounds can do all things if they set their minds to it. If some have chosen to scrub the toilets, so be it. It is their choice. If they are denied any opportunities to get further on in life, then report it. The opportunities are there to further oneself in life if one is up to the challenge. California is a very liberal state and has open door policies regarding education.

If one is here illegally, they have broken the law. If one has stolen an identity/social security number in order to work here but does not pay taxes, you have broken the law. If you are driving around town without car insurance and maybe no driver license, you run over somebody while drunk driving and then run off to Mexico to hide, not only are you a coward but you have broken the law. You are a gang member, you shoot an innocent bystander and you're here illegally? Then you are a criminal and have broken the law regardless of nationality, creed, or the color of your skin.

      Emotion? Nope, sheer facts.

    2. And on e more thing ...

Not once did I ever feel unwelcome here in America because of the color of my skin. Of course, I have not been to parts of the US where sadly, that is an issue so to those who say that unless one is white, one is not welcome, I cannot relate. In my line of work, I have met many nurses from all over the world and I will tell you for a fact, I have yet to hear any them complain. They come in all shapes, sizes, creeds and colors. Same goes for the doctors too.
Anyway, I understand wh, you have your opinions on President Trump as I have mine. That being said, I am off to seek El Cid while I drink a nice cup of Ginger tea.

Have a great rest of the week, minna!

  5. YaYa God bless you. Yes, we differ, but all the jobs I mentioned which are needed and worthy employment, are ones that most people will not do. Trump himself, and his sons, hire foreign workers. The farmers, who struggle as it is, rely on immigrant labor. I live in a agricultural area that cannot function without them. I know people of all ethnic backgrounds back Trump. I also know he is surrounded by people who process the white christian mantra quite openly. Gannon, Miller Sessions and others. I am glad you have always felt welcomed. I am personally involved with some of the immigrant community in my neck of the world and I can tell you they do not always feel welcome and do feel threatened by this administration. The people I know are hard working like yourself. The reason for coming here vary but mostly to live a safer life and to improve their lot in life. I am not a "leftist" far from it really. But I do know people who are very threatened by those who are not white or christian especially as their numbers increase. They are a big part of his base.Hate crimes are reported on the increase nationwide. You have commended him to St. Joseph and I support you whole heartedly in this in my daily prayer. Like I said before, I have nothing to lose in anything he does, but I know people who do. If not from Trump himself, from his policies and rabid followers.

  6. PS Yaya what does minna! mean?

    1. Minna is Japanese for everyone. 😆

I am aware my friend wh, there are folks who feel threatened on both sides of the fence. Fear mongering is of no use and will get us nowhere.
I admire those who do the remedial jobs others refuse to do. Scrub toilets, wash windows, pick lettuce, grapes, pull weeds, my late father was a gardener landscaper who loved his work; he hired folks who were here in the US illegally to help him out. Honest, hard working men they were too.

Here's what I've been praying for:

President Trump tone it down. Be more specific with regards to what the actual plans are for this so-called Immigration reform. Articulate!

Teamwork is most important! Get Congress and the Senate involved and cut back on the executive orders!

Be patient with those who have been here a long time. If they have been honest folk and law abiding, (yeah, they are here illegally) hard working, then give them the opportunity to file legally for US residency. If they are not law abiding folks are gang members, drug pushers, drunk drivers, etc. they gotta go.

Anyway, you get my drift and I am getting lazy. 😆

      Oyasumi nasai!

      Japanese for good night.

    2. Yaya, we did amnesty international 80s. Why reward people for breaking the law? There are law abiding people wanting to come here legally. What does this say to them? We need to clear out illegals and have a moratorium on immigration. Illegal immigrants keep ages down.

    3. Whatever ... either way, it is going to take lots of blood, sweat, and tears to get this immigration mess in place and in order.
Good luck is all I gotta say.

Rewarding people? That has been happening for as long as I can remember and people are still revolting, protesting, screaming in the streets. Maybe, if the Trump plan is tinkered a bit and some are cut a little slack on the condition that they get in line and pay any back taxes, well, some compromise has to come into play or the protests, riots, screaming will continue.

@wh ... Trump has rabid fans? Don't insult my intelligence please ... the detrocrats are notorious for fine tuning just what a rabid fan is.

They set the ugly example way before Trump ever came on the scene.

    5. Why pay attention to the rioters. Nobody rioted when Obama was elected. There were plenty of people who didn't like his policies. These people are unhinged and are protesting valid election results because they don't like them. They're the same people who scream racist at anyone or anything they don't like. No. No compromise. People are sick of being told to compromise when Republicans are in the majority. Our borders need to be secure and current laws need to be followed. Those here illegally knew they were here illegally.

The people screaming in the streets need to go home and shut up. Trump was elected for a reason, part of which is to enforce immigration laws. The more they scream in the streets and block traffic, the angrier the rest of us get. wages are low because of people working for cash and with others social security numbers. People working under the table aren't going to pay taxes. They don't want to become legal and do so or they'd try to immigrate legally.

The fact that they don't bother tells a lot. It doesn't matter how hard working someone is if they're not here legally.

What other classes of people is encouraged to flour the law? We have no obligation to bend to the demands of those here illegally.

    7. You're preaching to the choir Nan but I just don't see it happening anytime soon unless someone buckles. This immigration problem has been allowed to fester for as long as I can remember and for just as long, it will be a long time coming before it gets resolved.

In the meantime, the day is a beautiful California day and I ain't lettin nothin ruin it for me. I am out to smell the fresh air and ponder the bees among the flowers.

Have a great rest of the week!

  7. Look at the 2020 opening rally. Read some of the comments from attendees about what went on in some of the audience is frightening. Not all but many advocate extreme policies. Did you catch Trumps growling voice? It is all there, but it was before as well. Turning a blind eye to his base is dangerous. It sadly has only just begun. Set aside the personal. Deportations will be an economic tsunami on many communities. I guess we just put that on hold till they apply and come back. Already the chill of coming to America for professional and education reasons like the doctors, nurses, etc. you mention will be felt. Trump did not invent any of this. He is just replaying an old playbook in politics. Fasten your seat belt because one way or another the truth surfaces. St. Joseph keep at it, but please be quick. I fear we have seen nothing yet. But what do I know? I am planning my garden. Highs in the 60's today and I discovered the rose I put under the mason jar is growing strong! Miracles do indeed happen. I plan to tend my garden and leave the rest in wiser hands.

    3. Same here because in the end, our God reigns regardless of who's in charge.

Our man Saint Joseph will never disappoint as he has the heart of God and the hand of our Lady.

I remain hopeful come what may.

  8. Voris needs to wake up..I voted for Trump and he ain't no Constantine. For someone who rails against the "Church of Nice," Mikey sure runs on emotion to fuel so much of what he says...(cue the table top dance clip where all his staff looking uncomfortable...) I agree with both Wallace AND Nan.Many of Trumpies followers are dreaming that the clock will turn back, not only in regards to white and Christian, but our economy as well, and it is just not going to happen. However, I do like Trump's stand on police and national security and yes, if you are illegal..you are illegal. The rest of that bible thumping pack is going to get the Republican's in deep crap during the next election, when the tide will go to far left again. Whatever happen to being a moderate?

    1. YOU DID?! So did I - I admit it. I regret it, but I didn't want to be banned from Communion. What?

      Yeah - religious people horrible.

      What?

      Mack - I miss you.

  9. Thanks Terry!!! Like a bad penny I always turn up...I just have been exhausted with online..I can argue with people in real life...(not that I ever argued with you.)

I voted for Trumpie for the simple fact that he wasn't Hillary. And you know I don't think religious people are bad..religious people trying to push their own beliefs on others are bad, and "religious" people who are arch conservatives that are trying to turn back the clock to a time that never really was are bad...

I think Mikey has found his fantasy father figure in Trumpie...maybe he can work through his.."issues" now????
