San Gennaro, pray for the Church!
San Gennaro, pray for the martyrs!
San Gennaro, Pray for us!

Thanks to Yaya for the story.

  1. I got shivers when I read this!

  2. I thanked the Lord because in His mercy, He reminded us He lives and lives through His saints and lives for us all in those who bear witness to His truth so that we too might live and be complete and share in His joy.

Thanks for posting the story, Terry.

I am going to re-read the story again and ponder the miracle that has taken place.

    Gracias San Gennaro!

  3. Terry,

If you can post this video, please do so as time allows. You can see the relic in Papa's hands.

    Un milagro! Gracias Tata Dios!

  4. I bet the Rad Trads are just hating this.

    1. Yeah, he sure makes their blood boil!

Thank you, thank you, I'll be here all week.

  5. Miracles glorify God. This miracle will edify Pope Francis. I thank God for this event.

  6. This miracle occurred also in the presence of Pope Pius IX in 1848, two years after his election. A series of terrorist acts sponsored by Italian liberals and nationalists, which included the assassination of his Minister of the Interior, Pellegrino Rossi, among others, and which forced him briefly to flee Rome in November 1848 led to his growing skepticism towards the liberal, nationalist agenda (source Wikipédia).

    1. Thanks for reminding us of that. I recall another friend telling me about it before.
