Terry: I just got word that my niece landed safely in Dubai from Erbil: I am so relieved - thank you for your concern and prayer: I suspect she waited so long, reluctant to leave her students, the last religiously/tribally mixed class in the nation. her heart must be breaking to leave behind so many desperate people. I am glad your niece is safe. I hope those left behind will; find shelter and safety as well. Erbil needs our prayers as so many refugees are there and the brave and generous Kurdish army is trying to protect all peoples.
Oh ! and yeah ! you Are Right - everything does seems a bit grim, doesn't it ! ah....sometimes it feels like we are all waiting for the next thing...what a unifier...

Anyway, I posted that if his laughter adds years to his life and vitality to his heart may he continue to chuckle and never buckle for many years to come serving Christ and His Church.
He still has his mama so I am sure that continues to bring him much joy.
