Bergoglio 40 Years ago today...




Just found out:

40 years ago, on 22 April 1973,  Pope Francis took his perpetual in the Society of Jesus! 

I saw it on Fr. Martin's Facebook page.

  1. It is my understanding that it takes between 11-13 years to become a Jesuit Priest which is the longest of any of the orders. Just sayin' it isn't easy.
