"Well it was amusing."

Down the road, I hope to be posting about the highly educated, occasionally amusing, and ever so correct Catholic bloggers amongst us... Hopefully before Upsom's leave.

"Nuts?"

  1. Sorry - it should be Upson's - it should read, "Before the Upson's leave."

  3. I was just going to go back in and change the post but since you commented Larry I will leave it. No - it wouldn't be about you though - you really are funny and I love your blog.

  6. Charlotte - put it up and take it down if it's too much - I do it all of the time. ;)

Father - the ingenue in the clip is Gloria Upson and her parents, Claude and Doris are the uppity suburbanites Auntie Mame suspects as hypocrites. The mother, Doris Upson is the one at the end who claims Gloria's story about the ping-pong ball "was amusing".

  7. Terry - Auntie Mame is my hero!!

When my nieces and nephew were little they called me Auntie Mame...

Lary - he's going to write about MOI!!!!! I am intelligent, (occasionally) amusing, and - well, two out of three isn't bad!!

If you have it up before Ash Wednesday, Terry, I may just use the impending firestorm to post, as quietly as possible, the Ten Most Overrated Catholic Bloggers list which is sitting in my drafts folder. ;)

    Or maybe not . . .

  10. Enbrethiliel - That would be great if you would post it. It is funny, everytime I post something critical I'm usually doing so with the thought in mind that I'm going to end the blog anyway and so I may as well say what I really think... LOL!
