"Are we prepared to promote conditions in which the living contact with God can be reestablished? For our lives today have become godless to the point of complete vacuity. God is no longer with us in the conscious sense of the word. He is denied, ignored, excluded from every claim to have a part in our daily life." - Alfred Delp, S.J.

And she looked at me contemptuously ...

"Mr. Nelson, you'll never amount to anything."

    1. Terry,

Where is the beauty of warmth and softness embodied by woman? She is too stark and stern looking to inspire but well, some folks like that ... I don't.

I like the image of Mary, our most tender mother. Even when she is stern I know she is soft and lovely. ^^
