What's the deal with New Advent and Aleteia? "Pius XII gets 'hammered'" - really?

What?  We Italians drinka the vino.


How low can they stoop to get readers?

That's totally disgusting.  They are obviously liberals, otherwise why would they attempt to defame Pope Pius XII?!

    You're going to have to be more specific, Terry. I saw the article on Aleteia, which praises Pope Pius XII, but I didn't see anything on Advent. So I can't tell what you are talking about.

    But then, I'm usually in the dark, so that is nothing new.

      I'm just being silly - New Advent news portal had a link to the Aleteia article. The article is serious and good - my link is meant to be funny. Silly. Crackpot. Dumb. A mis-read sort of like Emily Litella.
