Look what I found! Our Lady of Good Help

Made by a Greek iconographer in Athens.
Check it out here.

  1. I love this ! so much fun to visit her other work as well: thanks. Must be delightful for you to see a fellow icon-maker, plus she makes the little pieces, like you - wouldn't it be fun to go to visit her studio and chat ? I dream of little ventures like this....only dreams as I am not even able to make to MOMA or the MMA, although only 3-3.5 hours away - perhaps with a g.p.s,& wads of cash & time, I could. I will be in Minn. this spring or summer so hope to visit Art while there...
do you often, or ever, go to art museums, or do you confine yourself to on-line museum visits ? remember the days of checking out hefty art books - I always loved Jim Dine so much. must sleep now: 6 am comes fast....
prayers and thanks for you, Terry !

    1. Thanks Consolata - good night!

    2. ....ZZZzzzzz...zz...z

  2. Oh! Mom's china painting teacher talked about Jr high niece visiting and looking at his art visit, he put a post it note by an illustration of a nude young man. "Hi! I'm Art." Poor girl was mortified..

  3. MHP ΘY = MHTHP ΘEOY = Mother of God.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and in the hour of our death, amen!
