What?
Is it just me, or are people kinda nuts?
Online.
People online.
I mean blogger types.
You know - religious fanatics who blog.
Anyway.
I crack up when people say 'mental'.
As an adult, Ed Grimley revived my love for the term.
"Makes me completely mental."
Or,
"Don't you know."
Now laugh like Lola Heatherton.

Okay.
Now ask yourself this: "Do you blog to live? Or do you live to blog?"
Either way, it's kind of sad, huh?
There is no right answer.
What?
Mental always reminds me of this https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=RJRvPmONjVY#t=60
ReplyDeleteI love that movie - makes me senti-mental!
DeleteTerry ! Thanks a million for this LOLA Heatherington clip ! She is from my native TORONTO Canada and I watched her weekly on SCTV which was filmed there too. In her personal life she was a devout Catholic going to daily Mass; hard to believe ! I was always hoping to bump into her at some church in Toronto, but it never did happen... anyway...all I woulda said was just what I say to you now... I LUV YOUUUU..HAHAHA.
ReplyDeleteI thought she must be Catholic - glad she goes to Mass! I LUV it when she laughs!
DeleteI think we're all mental, truth be told...it's just a matter of degree and how obvious:-)!
ReplyDeleteI think you are right. I try to pass for normal though - which is why I come off crazier than I am.
DeleteI just LOVED SCTV. I never missed it in high school. My favorite was Edith Prickley and the "Tex and Edna Boil commercials"
