I think my parents must be still alive.

The negative comments I have been receiving lately remind me of what was said to me by my family while growing up.  So I'm thinking...  "Mom?  Dad?  Is that you?  Is hell really on earth?"
.
Keep 'em coming!

Negative comments will always be there...why worry about them...I'm sending you a smile to brighten your day.
    Blessings and prayers,

  3. Thanks - I don't mean to whine however - 'what goes around comes around' so it is my turn now.

Terry, keep doing what you're doing and ignore those shut-in ninnies who have nothing better to do than hate on you for telling it like it is. God bless you, man!

“Son, these souls have earned their punishments, but please have mercy upon them. They bore a child that is praying for them, and doing penance on their behalf.

He has suffered their blows while he was a child, and Satan has beset him with horrible punishments, yet he still comes before you in the Blessed Sacrament begging on behalf of poor sinners.

I ask you not let his prayers go unanswered.”

    My Jesus, Mercy.

Your parents probably didn’t like you here, but they do now, in Purgatory.

O MOST MERCIFUL JESUS, Lover of souls I pray Thee, by the agony of Thy most Sacred Heart, and by the sorrows of Thine Immaculate Mother, cleanse in Thine Own Blood the sinners of the whole world who are now in their agony and who are to die this day. Amen.

HEART OF JESUS, once in agony, have pity on the dying.

Those that are chastising you now are distracted from harming an innocent child.

    Deo Gracias.

  7. It just means you are doing something right. As Flannery O'Connor said: "The truth does not change according to our ability to stomach it." Keep posting the truth and they'll keep complaining - guaranteed.

Anyone can write a blog and claim to be Catholic. They can even say the stations of the cross, pray the rosary every single day and even look good while doing it.

You claim to have observed people like that yourself.

  9. Anonymous - I'm not sure I've actually seen people like that - I can't imagine someone pretending to be Catholic while expending so much time and energy on devotions such as the rosary and stations. If I said that - I was mistaken. If there are such people, they may yet be converted - especially if they pray the rosary.

However, it is true - anyone can write a blog and claim to be Catholic.
