"Are we prepared to promote conditions in which the living contact with God can be reestablished? For our lives today have become godless to the point of complete vacuity. God is no longer with us in the conscious sense of the word. He is denied, ignored, excluded from every claim to have a part in our daily life." - Alfred Delp, S.J.

  3. We have a little holy water font at home. I couldn't figure out why it was getting dry so fast, until I saw one of the cats drinking out of it. Wish I could say it made them more angelic, but they're as ornery as ever. Going to have to figure out something different for the holy water.

  4. Melody - that is cute - my cats love my rosary so I have to ball it in my hand when I pray it, otherwise if it hangs they think we are playing.

  5. Terry and Melody: Ditto.

LOL! My cats are continually trying to ordain one another-like this a.m. when they woke me up at 6:30 after I just went to bed at 4:00. They are so holy. LOL!
