  2. Small plain meals...simple...no desserts, no beef, no pasta with wonderful sauce. Fish and beans.
    Absolutely no French....no Medallions of Ham with Sauce Bordelaise Cezanne....say no to Chicken and Ham Aspic Mercedes...fish yes...but no French fish like Salmon Mousseline Chantilly. You can have Sole...but not Fillets of Sole with Quenelles, Truffles and Lobster Sauce Herriot. You can have one vanilla frosty from Wendy's when you're depressed...one...not two...and small.

  3. In my perpetual lent I'd need a vanilla frosty IV. What about filet-o-fish?

    I used to wash mom's feet when she was in the nursing home.
