I wonder though - how do they get through? I voted absentee a couple of weeks ago - I forgot to fill in a section and they rejected it and sent a new ballot for me to fill out correctly and re-submit. It went through.

DeleteThat's why it is hard to believe as to whether or not these stories are true. They rile people up, that's for sure.
