ReplyDeleteAnd like the massacres of Bosnia/Herzegovina where it is reported that over 5,000 Muslim men were murdered by the Serbian Army. History repeating itself over and over and each time, the West is weak and silent and indifferent.
I am thankful to God Almighty that at least France has stepped up to offer refuge to the many who are being crushed in Iraq. I read the headlines yesterday. I hope they can truly help and also not forget the Kurds, who are said to be preparing for a massive ISIS invasion. No one from the West has come to their aid either and they are running out of ammo in order to defend their people and the thousands who have sought refuge there.
I cried when looking at those pictures of all those youth. No mercy was given? None shall be granted to those ISIS thugs should they die unrepentant and then come to stand before the throne of almighty God.
As to those who have closed their hearts, to those who have taken refuge in earthly pleasures, and to those whose heads are buried behind their "safety nets" may God have mercy on you as well.
I am praying and asking our Lord Jesus, to the best of my ability, for mercy and relief for all of my brothers and sisters this day.
If they did this to those young men, what is to become of their mothers and the children? The elderly?
I wish everything could stop, all the fighting and arguing and understand what is happening. Everything seems to be coming to a head.
DeleteIt is good to keep praying and asking for mercy. The time of mercy seems to be wasting away.
Lord, have mercy.
