"Are we prepared to promote conditions in which the living contact with God can be reestablished? For our lives today have become godless to the point of complete vacuity. God is no longer with us in the conscious sense of the word. He is denied, ignored, excluded from every claim to have a part in our daily life." - Alfred Delp, S.J.

I have to make phone calls for the Holidays.

I have to call my relatives.

  1. I don't think you need a phone. Just stick your head out the window and do what they're doing! LOL!

  2. Readers of Terry's blog: I think we should all have a moment of prayer this week for Terry. Even picking up the phone to talk to someone besides his cats is a major step out his comfort zone.

  3. Cathy:
That explains why he's only calling instead of actually visiting them in person.

  7. I'm a phone phobic and understand completely. Just the ringing of the phone can set off a panic attack.

If you start now, Terry, you could send them all a note and avoid the phone.

Adrienne, I thought it was only me. And that's with caller ID!
