Priest who studied in Rome - I grabbed the photo from the other priest I know but who maybe doesn't want to be identified? Not sure about that. Fr. Malone just retired. I knew him way back when. He's a friend.
I didn't realize that you knew Father John Malone! (Maybe I had just forgotten) We were at the Angelicum together for a couple of years. We had just had lunch at the Abbruzzi (behind us) and are standing by the entrance to the Conventual Franciscans' Generalate at the Basilica of Santi Apostoli. This photo must be circa 1983-85. We called it "Three Faces of Prieshtood-- Cassock (me), Collar (friend on left), and Civvies (Malone). The man on the left has since left the priesthood and married, so I won't name him. Me on the right? Father John Horgan, then an OMV seminarian, now a diocesan priest.

DeleteI think you've mentioned the priest on the right.
