The relics of St. Charbel



I went to visit the relics of St. Charbel yesterday.

They were at St. Maron's Maronite Church in Northeast Minneapolis.  I was alone except for another woman in the church.  For a very long time I was able to pray quietly.

    So wonderful to find a quiet church. Oddly, it's the old folks, not the kids, who chatter non-stop at mine.

    I had forgotten he was one of your patron saints. He'll be at Holy Family the 14th and 15th, then back the following weekend.
