Pope Waves!

Why is that considered a miracle?

The story is that Pope Francis will canonize Blessed John Paul II and Blessed John XXIII together.  The miracle attributed to John Paul II wasn't announced, but the miracle attributed to John XXIII was:
Pope Waves!  Second Miracle for John XXIII.
