ReplyDeleteIsn't it funny how one can look at paintings and sculptures of Our Lord and just know which ones really look like Him? At least that's how my crazy minds works. Looking at the image here, man, That is definitely Jesus's eyes! I wonder who the artist is.

ReplyDeleteIn the Pontifical North American College Manual of Prayers this is attributed to the Missionaries of Charity Fathers. It's a bit longer and very moving and beautiful. Bob
