Nicki Manaj and the music industry...

Decadent, pornified, circus freaks.

Nicki Manaj at the Grammys.  It is so lucky for her that the Catholic Church is tolerant - if her act would have been an attack on Islam, she might be without her head today...
The Catholic League was not amused.

“Perhaps the most vulgar was the sexual statement that showed a scantily clad female dancer stretching backwards while an altar boy knelt between her legs in prayer,” said Bill Donohue, the president of the Catholic League.

“None of this was by accident, and all of it was approved The Recording Academy, which puts on the Grammys. Wheter Minaj is possessed is surely an open question, but what is not in doubt is the irresponsibility of The Recording Academy. Never would they allow an artist to insult Judaism or Islam,” Donohue said.

“It’s bad enough that Catholics have to fight for their rights vis-a-vis a hostile administration in Washington also having to fend off attacks in the entertainment industry,” said Donohue.  - Source

  1. I happened to have the TV on when this thing came on. I was a bit slack-jawed with surprise. Thing is - this woman and most in that room do need an exorcism.

    Talentless piece of carp!

  3. I don't know who the hell this is, but after reading your description, yeah, your "labels" say it all.

  4. I gave up TV five years ago....still don't miss it.

As for the attack on Holy Mother Church...gutless. But then that's the left isn't it? Gutless.

Could one construct a collective spine from within the entertainment industry and make such an absolutist statement regarding Islam?

    No. Heads would roll. Really.

  5. You ever watch videos of the Temptations or the Four Tops or something and just think "what the hell happened?"

That was all before my time, but it seems there was a lot more talent and art in pop music back then. I don't think they were all just bursting with virtue or anything, but still. Of course, maybe people have forgotten most of the crap. Then again, if people forget most of the crap from this era, what would be left?

    A few weeks ago I saw a list of Billboard's top 60 for 2011, and I didn't recognize a SINGLE song. I couldn't have been happier.

  6. The Evil One knows who the enemy is; it is not Billy Graham, Bob Jones, Joel Olsteen, Buddha, et. al.,.

The enemy are the Holy Father and those few Cardinals, Bishops, and Priests that remain Faithful to our Divine Master.

The mockery of Christianity by those that have sold their soul to Satan is pathetic.

Those that pretend to love God in their Heresy are even more so.

  7. Those "few" Cardinals, Bishops, and priests?

Pablo, most priests I know ARE faithful, unless you define faithful as "rejecting Vatican II and refusing to say Mass in English", and chances are that the vast majority in the Third World (where most Catholics live now) are very faithful.

There are lots of wolves in sheep's clothing, to be sure, but I am not so pessimistic about the hierarchy - things have been changing since the 70s and 80s.

  8. Those "few" Cardinals, Bishops, and Priests...

    That's pretty self-explanatory.

  9. Which ones are they, then? the ones who are not in union with Rome?

  10. Merc - I think all that Pablo is saying is this: the times today are not that different than in the days of Henry VII, when so few bishops refused to swear loyalty to the king (St John Fisher was the only one).

    I don't believe he has a list.

We just need to constantly pray for the priests, bishops and Cardinals, for them to be protected and/or converted. God knows who needs what, and we ought to leave it in His capable hands.

  11. Thanks Larry. And you're right.

By the way, Pablo - I think you're an okay guy, though we fight a lot haha.

    A list exist.

I was given a copy and returned it to the Padre that gave it to me.

He gave it to me knowing I would be one of those that would act upon it.

I don't consider our comments 'fights'.

There are many Cardinals, Bishops and Priests given to Satanism.

Pray for their repentance and conversion.

It does no good and more harm to give you the list, just pray for them.
