E - it was an old rule - it is no longer in effect - as Patty Hearst tried to explain to Beverly. I'll have to look into it... it applied to men as well, until the advent of leisure suits and white paten leather shoes and matching belts in the '60's. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahah!!!!!! Why does that make me think of Larry on the golf course?
i think this guy is smartly dressed. i used to wear ties and shorts all the time; i wish i could tie a bowtie; maybe one day i'll figure it out. kudos to the man for style and guts!
