Corapi fires back.

In a let sleeping dogs lie* sort of way ...

Regarding the charge of sexual impropriety—This song of greed has been sung many times before. I have never had any promiscuous or even inappropriate relations with her. Never. - Read more of the 'announcement' here.

"Onward!"  I keep thinking Charlie Sheen: 'Winning!'

  1. All I detect here is more arrogance, the same arrogance that made him think it was ok for a priest to live a life antithetical to apostolic poverty. There's a big difference between supporting yourself and enriching yourself. Such a vast contrast to today's Gospel, where Jesus tells the disciples not to pack so much as a pair of sandals but to depend solely on His Providence. And once again, as one commenter noted, not a word about Our Lady or the Eucharist. How very sad. I am praying with all earnest that Our Lady will knock some sense into him and he'll agree to "go home" and live a life of prayer and penance. This is not how Christ responded to His accusers.

And what about drugs John? What kind of drugs were you using? Was it meth? Coke? A combination? You looked like a meth-head for quite a while there…

What was with dying your eyebrows and goatee? You looked like you were channeling Anton Levey.

Better just come clean, obey your superiors in holy religion and get on with the tough work of repentance and healing.

You’re clearly not thinking about the state of your soul and the scandal this is causing.

    Continued prayers…

  5. I read one comment somewhere on another blog, something to effect of: "the sheepdog has to obey the shepherd and follow his directions, if he doesn't he's ultimately put down."

    Very true. Ace

    hmmm,

"It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is. If the--if he--if 'is' means is and never has been, that is not--that is one thing. If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement....Now, if someone had asked me on that day, are you having any kind of sexual relations with Ms. Lewinsky, that is, asked me a question in the present tense, I would have said no. And it would have been completely true."
