Do employees of the State Department break so many arms that they find it economical to put their seal on their arm slings to distinguish them from lesser government employees with broken arms?
One would hope that our diplomats are engaged in the arm twisting of our adversaries and weaker allies, not breaking their own arms.

Angela - LOL! My thoughts exactly - it's the pain meds. She does look good though.
