I've been reading too much Flannery O'Connor: I can picture one of those glazed- eyed-kids pounding me over the head with a flute screaming "Vote for the Messiah" as its stepford- mini-skirted mother claps and smiles.
Goodness gracious! This is just like those P.R. rallies you see the Chinese and North Koreans do for their "dear leader" ("dear leader" is how the Korean refer to Kim Jong-il).
Wow. I thought the lady directing was going to have an out of body experience there at the end. She looked like one of the actresses in an Herbal Essences commercial.
For my own sanity - I will not watch this. From the comments it just sounds way to much like certain church services I used to know and I didn't like them then any more than today.
