This sort of thing has been going on for years (and the fees are higher than CMTV's retreat)--which is why I find it so odd that people are bashing CMTV & Fr. Z for being part of one of their own. Why not also accuse Tim Staples, Patrick Madrid, Fr. Larry Richards, et al. while you're at it?

ReplyDeleteNobody's bashing V and Z for going on a cruise. It's their timing that's being questioned; Lent is a time of penance.
DeleteNan - I think the idea of a retreat on a cruise line is a problem.
