Why not post a few photographs of your evening meal preparations???? From raw to cooked. Include chef type tips and photos of what you are drinking.
I'm having a massive shop bought budget price frozen lasagne with associates from a literary group that none of us belong to (not really, I just pretend to have lots of friends). I am having lasagne though.

Update, the lasagne has to be defrosted for 24 hours. I am now having steak and kidney pie, mash and peas with gravy.
