I'm disappointed in how these scanned, but I'm excited about what I have been working on. After the oil paint dries I will scan more images and have a "Holiday Art Exhibit" for Thanksgiving. It will be called: "Compartments" - because men are so good at compartmentalizing everything.
In Holland we call it "pillarisation."

Seriously, this is great. I'm so happy you are painting.
They're good.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you are creating!!! My visit to emerge slowed my week down but I managed to get a drawing done once I got home yesterday.
ReplyDeleteCathy, you know my door is always open to you.
ReplyDeleteWow, you are really QUITE diverse in your artistic styles! It means you are always open to growth and development, not afraid to try all avenues of expression. Lovely use of color!
ReplyDeleteGette - I always fall back on narrative and representational however.
ReplyDeleteStonehenge in 3D...
ReplyDeleteIs that you in the second picture? It looks like you....
ReplyDeleteI like them both very, very much!

ReplyDeleteThanks all. No Adrienne - it is not me - Paul Cadmus did a series of men in boxes - one of my favorites was one reading a newspaper.
