BREAKING! Congress overturns incandescent light bulb ban!

Wow!  Congress can do something worthwhile!
Congressional negotiators struck a deal Thursday that overturns the new rules that were to have banned sales of traditional incandescent light bulbs beginning next year.

That agreement is tucked inside the massive 1,200-page spending bill that funds the government through the rest of this fiscal year, and which both houses of Congress will vote on Friday. Mr. Obama is expected to sign the bill, which heads off a looming government shutdown.

Congressional Republicans dropped almost all of the policy restrictions they tried to attach to the bill, but won inclusion of the light bulb provision, which prevents the Obama administration from carrying through a 2007 law that would have set energy efficiency standards that effectively made the traditional light bulb obsolete. - NYT

This should make Fr. Reichstag happy.  What?

  3. I am going to change my thing to Pablo the Mexican.

Too many people think Saint Michael Come to Our Defense is my name.

Pablo the Mexican is the name the Whitened Sepulcher Scribes and Pharisees of the SSPX love to call me.

It is not a compliment: they hate my stinkin' guts.

But I like it... has a good ring to it.

"...It is not a compliment: they hate my stinkin' guts..."

Heavy emphasis on they hate my stinkin' guts.

I'm rubbing it in their noses with this.

Cristero would be a good title, though.

    Great idea.

But I want to take a few cheap shots at them. It's my Christmas present to them.

The wife picture is in their face.

  6. I used to think Pablo was your real name anyway. It's the name you used when I first entered Abbey Roads monastery and started getting into battles with you, haha.

Is that really your family in the picture?

    Yes, please pray for them.

In the late 70s early 80s, the Freemasons put on a big push for membership and to attack Catholic families that would be a problem to their gruesome diabolical rituals they perform at their synagogue.

They began attacking us 'problem' families.

Many families in high and low places fell.

That picture is the one I call 'Point of attack'.

It is when they entered my home, and got thrown out. I drew the line against Freemasonry and refused to join them.

    They responded with diabolical attack.

Everyone is daily influenced by Freemasonry here in America.

As the Holy Father lamented, "The smoke of Satan has entered the Church".

He is the one that opened the window and let it in.

Anyways, I am aware the Holy Roller Scribes and Pharisee Whitened Sepulchers of the SSPX read this blog and a couple of other ones I comment on, so the name and picture are an in your face to them.

They have behaved very wickedly, and need a boot to the behind, some cold water splashed on them before it becomes too late for them.

I am actually doing them an act of Charity.

The Padre has given me permission to do so, provided I don't get too carried away.

"...and started getting into battles with you, haha..."

Sparring is good. It helps keep one in shape for the knock down drag outs.

    Thank you for your Charity.

  8. Good, I'm glad they're not going to ban incandescent bulbs. I'm for environmental things that actually do some good; but I've come to the conclusion that those dairy-queen-swirl fluorescent bulbs are a scam. We've bought a lot of them; they don't last much if any longer than the old-fashioned ones. They're a lot more expensive; and some contain mercury (no offense to Mercury!). They're an evolutionary dead end, kind of like Neanderthals. I'm predicting that LED's will be the wave of the future.
