I heard that Pope Benedict liked this image the best ...

"We both love cats!" - Mons. Ganswein

Pope Francis said: "To save time, I posted my Laudato si photos to my wall."  Literally.  He felt it was more universal - as in Catholic - than posting photos to his wall on Facebook.

What?

  1. Papa Benny's love of cats is always cheerful news. Loved those televised images of him reaching out to embrace his brother in Christ, Papa Francis.

Those images will stand the test of time and critics a like.

Gracias a Dios y a la Madre de Dios.

  2. Your whimsy makes me smile so ! How wonderful it must have been to be at St Peters and see those images - had you not posted about them I would never have known....another reason this is my main source of news... ;)

  3. (Sorry, I don't know how else to send you a message.) When I scrolled down to, maybe the third post, the screen went blank with a small square "public service" message. First time to urge donations to Good Will and the second I think about drunk driving. I am greatly puzzled.

  5. HMMMM, sorry Terry, I agree with the Traddies on being upset about this, as I firmly believe that cats are indeed from the very depths of Hell, they should NOT be displayed on St. Peter's..I mean, why don't they just display a picture of Obama himself ; )
