  5. I think this photo is beautiful - it moves me to repentance. The woman is so simple and beautiful and seems to realize every word of today's Gospel. She reminds me of this passage found elsewhere:

    "This is the man I approve, the lowly and afflicted, the one who trembles at my word."

  6. I agree, Terry, that it's a beautiful photograph. But, speaking personally, it doesn't do much for me spiritually. Pious looks and veils don't move me to repentance- but I bet if I watched or talked to that woman for 5 minutes, I might be.
