  1. I like cats but my limit is three ... two outside, one beautiful Maine Coon inside otherwise I know I would become flea-ridden!

He looks happy with his gatitos ... good for him. ^^

    1. Oh Yaya ! three ! you are so lucky. My little friend is...11 this year, a Tortoiseshell - I love her dearly. She is happiest in a box of some sort, a hat box, specifically. Tonight I caved and let her lick one side of a potato chip: you would have thought it was the cat equivalent of opium: after, she behaved like a wild kitten.
I am sorry for her that is alone, no cat companion, though I do try my best. give your Maine Coon head strokes from me...

  2. You notice they talk about crazy cat ladies but never crazy cat men? I wonder why that is. Also, he's way beyond the starter set.

    1. It's funny the monks of Athos have all those cats when women are not allowed on the peninsula.

  3. Cats serve many of the same functions that women do? They nag and complain, vacillate between affection and aloofness, and are unpredictable. What?

    1. Not my kitty. We are pals and she thinks we are both dogs, so we chase each other and wrestle.

  4. Happy 2017, T. Pardon the pun but I always have to say something 'catty' when people's affection for cats comes up. No more! A dear friend and parishioner in her 90s came to tell me her cat had died. Her heart was as broken as was mine when I lost our first English Bull Dog. Animals are God's gift to the human race.
