Queen Elizabeth II gave her royal stamp of approval, clearing the way for the first same-sex weddings next summer.
So if Will and Kate's baby turns out to be gay, they could have two queens on the throne one day.

ReplyDeleteLOL...And what a FAB-ulous monarchy it would be. The coronation parties would go on a circuit and would take months. The royal treasury will be emptied after a few years of mad shopping and the world's supply or ermine capes will rapidly dwindle. And last but certainly not least, the royal jewels will finally be put to good use!
ReplyDeleteHowever, it would be much better then the self-hating closet cases which previously occasionally occupied the throne, or was a "consort." to the throne.

ReplyDeleteNot sure why you asked, but no. I once got a comment from Joanna Bogle explaining that the monarchy represents continuity for the British. I had questioned why they even bother with it.
