I think it is safe to say a huge earthquake will hit the United States sometime in the very near future. There have been too many in the past couple of weeks. Of course, I'm just guessing here, but I bet it could be the build up to a big one. Another small one was felt in Missouri today. Story here.

ReplyDeleteI work in Fenton, which is the next town East of Valley Park. I drive through Valley Park every morning to come to work. This quake literally happened under my feet, and I was in the office when it apparently happened, but I didn't feel it. Odd. I felt the one a couple of weeks ago no problem! I'm not worried.
ReplyDeleteReno, Nevada was hit with one not too long ago. Not too far from Las Vegas is the San Andreas Fault Line. Supposedly when the big earthquake of the West Coast strikes (magnitude of 7.0 or higher), it will originate from the tectonic shifting in the San Andreas Fault Line.
ReplyDeleteI guarantee you that it will be felt in Las Vegas. And I can also guarantee you that NONE of the Las Vegas properties are ready to withstand a jolt of that sort, even if it's just a powerful aftershock.
Ter: For a minute there I thought you were having a heart attack. I'm still alarmed because now you are seeing big bunnies. I told you to lay off that organic nut/berry combo you were feeding those critters in your yard!
