I have nothing to say.

In a good way.

The holy Father acquiesced to the Ukraine Bishops request to consecrate Russia and the Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and I am very happy.  Already it seems the Russian onslaught has stalled - perhaps that will change - but the same Bishops invite us to join in a novena in preparation for the consecration.  The Vatican has affirmed the validity of St. John Paul's consecration in 1984, so this consecration is an extraordinary grace.  I have such peace.

Many people who follow apparitions and private revelations are all a buzz - calculating timelines and comparing/linking all the predictions and prophecies - just as they have always done.  Others, victims of conspiracy theories and falsehoods about Fatima and the Holy Father, are parroting their same old claims and objections against it.  I have nothing to say on all of that.  It doesn't matter - since the bishops have spoken and the Holy Father has responded positively, already doing all he can in his efforts for peace.

Peace, great peace and joy.

  1. I feel the same as you, Terry. Can you believe all the stupid criticisms? "Ukraine shouldn't be mentioned because it's no longer part of Russia." OH PLEASE......

    1. I know - but I feel such peace - it must be an anticipatory grace. We must keep praying.

    2. I agree Terry. Conchita said Our Lady’s message included “when Communism comes again.” A 12 year old in a sheltered mountain village in 1960’s would hardly have such knowledge.
What novena is being recommended to prepare?

    3. The Ukraine Bishops asked for the novena - I haven't connected to any site that has specifics.

This just in however: "At 12:00 Noon Rome time, 17 March 2022, Pope Francis affirmed that all the bishops – “every bishop around the world” – will be joining him for the consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary." From:

    4. I did not know this. This is powerful and hopeful. Thank you Terry. Am I correct in thinking you visited Garabandal?

    6. I did visit Garabandal in 1976 and stayed awhile. I stayed in a house next door to one of the seers but never was introduced. I stayed with a guy who was a devotee, but do not recall his name now. I have a photo somewhere, but I can't find it. It was a lovely place but I had no interior conviction regarding the supernatural nature of the events, neither did I have any negative sense. I was struck by the beauty and the pines however, as well as the parish church. Many people believed the visions and message are authentic - St. Maravillas, St. Teresa of Calcutta, St. Pio and so on. I see current events as the completion of Fatima, what with the consecration planned and so on. I'm deeply moved by all the things that have happened regarding Fatima - I never expected this in my lifetime. I've been in a sort of 'peaceful, prayerful suspension' all day. I don't know how to describe it. It is certainly a spiritual consolation. I'm grateful Our Lady never allowed me to go down that path of skepticism regarding the Pope and the Council and all the misleading private revelations which only divide rather than unite.

  3. Terry, I very much agree. The Pope is doing good work in this area, and I think we must support him. My good pastor announced that we will be praying the consecration prayer for Ukraine and Russia before our daily Mass (12:10 PM) next Friday, 3/25 - which will be the exact same time Pope Francis will be consecrating Russia and Ukraine to Mary in Rome. Think of the good that can be accomplished if all Catholics would pray along with the Holy Father - it could not only save souls, but avert a world war. God bless and protect you, my dear brother Terry, and all here.
