For the Memorial of the Passion of St. John the Baptist



Barely four weeks that late Reverend Fr Paul Offu, Parish Priest of St. James Greater Catholic Church, Enugu, was shot dead, bandits on Thursday attacked Reverend Father David Tanko, at Kufai Amadu in Takum, Taraba state, killing him and setting his dead body and vehicle ablaze.

    1. I know! I thought of that after I posted. Just last week a priest was killed on our border. In Poland as well.

  2. Evil is universal. In the 1990's Buffalo had two priests murdered in rectories during robberies. One was tortured terribly. A nun who ran a halfway house was also murdered. Each one was serving their adopted community and their murder took place during a robbery.
