Now back to regular programming... In the News: Pentagon gayer than ever.

Less than 24 hours after WND reported at least one member of the U.S. Air Force had been authorized by commanding officers to march in a “gay pride” parade while wearing service-issued uniforms – upsetting a generations-old policy about how service members are allowed to display the image – the Department of Defense granted blanket permission for members of the Armed Forces to do the same. - WND

The film clip I chose for this post clearly demonstrates what will happen to our US troops now that they have gone gay.

Although military veteran friends of this blog inform me gays have infiltrated the military - for decades - and they have marched in gay pride parades as well - just not on an official basis.

Anyway.  I forgot to mention what a woman from my parish told me yesterday on my way in to church.  She mentioned that the Obama Administration is building internment/re-education camps to house U.S. citizens who say anything against the gays.  She couldn't tell me more because one of her friend's sons is in the construction business and his company, which has contracted with the Federal Government, is building the facilities.  Now that definitely could happen.    I'm just not sure where.  I suggested we move to Colorado for safety.  She and her husband thought Utah might be a better bet.  I laughed and said, "Anywhere but North Carolina!"  Kat, you know.  Makes me shiver.

What happens when members of the military are forced to participate in things like this? My husband loses his job, that's what.

    1. I'm sorry - I'm just being facetious and sarcastic - I realize the imposition it causes, and problems it creates to people with conscience. Thanks for pointing out the ramifications upon others such as your husband.

  2. I think Bachmann is anything but stupid.

Remember, people who call her stupid voted for Dayton, Franken, and Ellison (sounds like a law firm), support abortion, think homosexuals should be able to marry, want to take away your guns, and think people like myself are dangerous stupid right-wing religious fanatics who are bitter and clinging. 'Nuff said...

And armed service members marching in their uniforms in a parade that glorifies abnormal sex? Nice! /sarc

    May I suggest North Idaho?

    1. I never voted for 'them'. But anyway - I would like to think of N. Idaho as a safe haven. I think I told you about my dream years ago, that I had to take refuge in the mountains - but the military eventually found me there too. What if?

      Seriously.

    2. Remember Ruby Ridge.

You would love it here. We still have winter, just not as harsh. We freak when it gets below freezing.

Oh, and when you come, bring some hosta with you.

    3. I completely forgot about that.

  3. I love it when liberals freak when they find out I own guns. It would be hard to be a bitter clinger if I just had rosaries.

Terry - this is why you're the best.

I think Louisiana is safe, too. My parish is actually one of the most conservative in the whole nation. Even the Democrats here are more of the old working class-type, mostly African American. And they don't like this - they can't "figure out" why Obama likes "the gays" so much. Perhaps it's because he never was a good representative for the average black American in the first place?

  4. WOW. allowing service members to wear their UNIFORMS in a pride parade is definitely something i did NOT see coming from DOD. that's just wrong. so you'll have presumably regulation-adhering uniform-wearing gays alongside go go boys in feather banana hammocks? of course the uniform-wearing gays could also be the BDSM crowd.
