Minnesota Terror Alert Raised to "High" Says Governor Mark Dayton.




Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton says state public safety officials are being extra watchful after an American force killed Osama bin Laden.  Dayton said Monday he has directed Public Safety Commissioner Ramona Dohman to “redouble our vigilance” in the next weeks to protect Minnesotans from any terrorist backlash. - CBS
