Why a Poodle? Great breed, btw. I noticed you've used that term for one of your readers. Is there some significance to the term, or is it an inside joke?
I just think it's a funny term of endearment/nick-name - it's the same as calling someone 'Hon' or 'Pumkin' or 'Precious' or 'Puppy'. I use these terms interchangeably depending on my mood. I have no inside jokes - they are all outside now.
