"The tottering gird on strength." 1 Samuel 2:4


This morning I woke up repeating this part of Hannah's hymn of thanksgiving: "the tottering gird on strength".  Thanks be to God.

    At "Spirit Daily", the concern is over "halloween".
    Puhleeze.
    While "Rome burns", we're getting all O.C.D. (and I don't mean Carmelites, here) about innocent stuff, for the most part, while the real concerns are somehow "snuffed out"...
    This is just what takes the wind out of my sails...let's get real and get down to business.
    More energy is spent upon "fluff" and less energy towards the absolute necessity of following Jesus and His Church.
