I would love to go to Spain for Holy Week and watch these beautiful processions (not to mention the art!). My great-grandparents were from Asturias, so I still have plenty of relatives living there.
Terry, did you say that there is a catalog one can purchase where the images of some of this art is captured?
Tom - I would love to go to - the processions are magnificent.
The book/catalog is available from the National Gallery online - check out the exhibit pages, "The Sacred Made Real" - the major works are included and the photography is wonderful.
Kat-- I hvae a terrible cold and a bit of the fle. I am this in a horrible fog. I was thinking National Gallery in DC and not London. I live in Maryland and am thus able to go.THANK YOU for the info!!!
Thanks, Terry. I'm gonna watch it a bunch of times to help focus upon this Great Week. The statues are so incredible. They demonstrate such faith, love and meditation upon our Lord's Passion, our Lady's Sorrows.

I went to see the exhibit on it's 2nd day, magnifique! (I'm disappointed they don't you allow to take photos)
