Blogger Awards

I want to thank all of my fans!
.
I cannot believe it! I was actually nominated in a couple of categories for the Cannonball Catholic Blog Awards! The Cannonball Award is the most prestigious in blogdom, and I am so honored just to be nominated! My original recording of "Cry Me A River" paid off! Thanks Larry and all of those who have voted for me, I don't deserve it! In gratitude, I promise never to dis anyone who nominated me on any of my posts. This promise goes for anyone who votes for me as well.*
.
To nominate, and for more details on voting, visit The Crescat. Vote and vote often, as Father always says.
.
*Certain conditions prevail however. This promise does not apply to certain bloggers, nor does it extend beyond the final announcement of winners for the contest, or for those of you who ask for money or gifts on your blogs. Cooperation in this contest does not obligate me to anyone, and all proposals of marriage and favors offered are here to with null and void, and if used, they are intended for campaign and promotional purposes only. The contest rules are valid only in the state of origin; those outside the nominee's household may not make any claims upon me or my estate. In the event of litigation, I reserve the right to disavow any knowledge of said contest, the sponsors, as well anyone nominating or voting. This has been a Mark Goodson - Bill Todman Production.

  1. I can't even get "Best Blog by a Heretic." I'm really skimming the bottom. 'Course I knew that when I was removed from her "Catholic Bloggers" list. I'm glad I was told, or I wouldn't have known I'm no longer Catholic!

Best of luck, Terry. I have your acceptance speech already composed.

  2. Oh no, no, thank you, but no sympathy votes. I'll just bask in my site statistics and locales. :-p

And then, you know, worry about the real world.

  4. Quote ;for money or gifts on your blogs.

Crap..... there was money and gifts available?
No one told me about those things. Will there at least be snacks , cheetos, or something? I'll pass on those couch crunchies. You know those pieces of old food stuck between the couch cushions.

(Leo, can I still say crap, or do I have to give that up that word too. I wanted to keep the phrase; "a pain in the ass" I use that a lot. It's not really cussing right? Maybe I will use the words " brood of Vipers" in referencing my children, but it just doesn't have the same kinda BAM!!)

    Oopsie, my children are angels.

I better go check this link out.

You mean to tell me this isn't real world stuff?

And think carefully before answering any of the questions during the contest...you see what happened to Miss California.

  9. Cathy I read that Mr.Nelson would be unable to marry you dear girl. It was something about him trying to catch a plane, and trying not to forget about those bells ringing in his ears. Must'a been a dinner bell. My favorite too!
And he has some painting that he just can't seem to finish, but he still loves you with a "Christ like" christian love . We all know that.
